The primary goal of the QLT Peer Review is to provide a rigorous evaluation of the quality of courses taught at SF State. The peer review process is a critical component of the QLT certification process. A course must meet the criterion for all of the Core 24 Objectives and receive a total score at least 85% on this peer review in order to earn full QOLT certification.
Your identity as the peer reviewer will be kept strictly anonymous to the instructor of the course being reviewed. Only select Academic Technology staff and QLT Faculty Fellows will know who has reviewed any given course and have access to the review results.
This QLT Peer Review is identical in content to the QLT Self Review. It includes the course and instructor demographics, and 53 (plus 4 optional) course objectives for you to rate that are organized into the following 10 sections:
Each objective and each section has space allotted for comments. Your comments are invaluable to the instructor of the course.
If you have any questions or comments about the content of this QLT Peer Review or find any part of the assessment inaccessible, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 415-405-5550.
